AI Act and Responsible Gaming: Regulation and Innovation for the safeguarding of players

The European Safer Gambling Week 2024 (ESGW24) is an annual European campaign, which aims to raise awareness for responsible gambling.

The fourth edition of this event, established by the European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA), takes place from 18 to 24 November 2024.

During the European Safer Gambling Week 2024, there will be events and webinars across Europe focusing on key topics for responsible gambling.

The Fair Foundation, which was established to promote a culture of responsible gaming in which every gambler feels protected, is participating in this event by organising a special webinar on 19 November at 11:30 a.m. entitled:

‘’AI Act and Responsible Gaming: Regulation and Innovation for the safeguarding of players.‘’

The aim of this event is to explore, together with leading experts on these issues, the EU AI Act and the regulation of the use of artificial intelligence in the gambling sector, the impacts of this regulation on players and on transparent communication, to ensure a safer gaming experience and preserve players' rights.
