Marina has gained over 20 years of experience in the protection of intellectual property, advertising law, media, and new technologies, working with leading international firms in the industrial and intellectual property departments in Italy and London. She regularly advises on the enhancement of intellectual property rights and know-how.

Her expertise includes enforcement and litigation activities related to the verification or violation of intellectual property rights, anti-counterfeiting actions, and the removal of illegal content from internet platforms, as well as addressing challenges posed by AI systems.

Marina holds an LLM in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law from King’s College London. Throughout her career, she has developed substantial expertise in protecting innovation and creating cross-border strategies across all areas of intellectual property, including new technologies and AI, R&D, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, designs, databases, software, digital advertising, and information technology law.

She assists clients in sectors such as industry, R&D and innovation, technology, gaming, fashion and design, and food. Marina is a member of the “Probi Viri” in the Board of Directors of Indicam, serves as a speaker at academic institutions, and is part of various committees and working groups on intellectual property engaged in policy-making activities.
